E1900 Pump Command Indicator
The green indicator confirms that the BlueSpring panel is actively commanding the pump starter to run. If the indicator is illuminated but the fountain is not spraying, the controller is calling for operation and the problem is likely downstream in the starter, motor, pump or related mechanical system.
